2. Legal Basis & Operating Licence Our data processing is strictly governed by Estonian and EU laws. Adviser Economi OÜ holds an official operating licence issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit (Rahapesu Andmebüroo):

  • Activity: Trust and company service

  • EMTAK codes: 69109 (Other legal activities), 70221 (Business and management consultancy).

 

3. Information We Collect To comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, we collect:

  • Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, personal ID (e-Residency) and copies of identity documents.

  • Contact Information: Professional email, phone number and address.

  • Business Data: Financial records and corporate structure information.

 

4. Data Retention

  • Accounting Documents: 7 years (as per the Estonian Accounting Act).

  • AML/KYC Documents: 5 years after the termination of the business relationship (as per Licence FIU000410 requirements).

 

5. International Data Transfers Since we serve international e-Residents, data may be accessed outside the EEA. We ensure safety through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
