Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Principles DigiSettle operates on a prepayment basis. All services (consultations, monthly bookkeeping and company formation) must be paid in full before work commences. This ensures dedicated time and resources for your business needs.

 

2. Consultations

• Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a consultation is booked and paid for, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

• Rescheduling (Flexibility): We understand that plans change. If you cannot attend at the scheduled time, please contact us via email or phone to reschedule. We will move your session to the next available and convenient slot for both parties.

• No-Show: If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered completed.

 

3. Monthly Accounting Services

• Prepayment: Clients pay in advance for the upcoming service month.

• Termination: If you decide to stop using our services, we will complete all accounting tasks and tax filings for the already paid month.

• Final Deliverable: Upon closing the paid period, we will provide you with the final balance statement and all necessary data for that period. No further work will be performed for subsequent months, and no further invoices will be issued.

 

4. Company Formation & State Fees

• State Fees: All state fees (e.g., 265 EUR for registration) are paid to the Estonian government and are non-refundable once the application is initiated.

• Service Fees: Our service fees for incorporation are non-refundable once the preparation of documents has started.

 

5. Responsibility To ensure the high quality of our prepaid services, the Client is responsible for providing all necessary documents and information in a timely manner. Delayed information may result in delayed filings, but does not entitle the Client to a refund of the prepaid fee.
